A happy, safe and inclusive school at the heart of the community, where pupils are empowered to reach their full potential and become lifelong learners.
Year 5 enjoyed a fantastic day trip to the Outdoor Learning Centre at Ardwhallan. In the morning, the children were guided by the Wildlife Trust team, learning about habitats and bugs, as well as taking part in tree and leaf identification activities. They also made bird feeders and identified local birds visiting to feed.
In the afternoon, the group took part in Camp Craft, where they practised fire making and shelter building. It was a brilliant day enjoyed by all, and a big thank you goes to the team at Ardwhallan for making it such a fun and informative experience.
