The children enjoyed a fantastic visit from the well-known children’s author Simon Murray, creator of the Icky Doo Dah series, on Tuesday morning. As well as delivering a whole-school assembly, Simon spent time working with each class individually, sharing tips on illustrating and storyboarding their ideas. A brilliant time was had by all. Children will have the opportunity to purchase their own copy of his latest book on Friday, so please check school bags for details.
