STEM Celebration Success
The culmination of our Year 2/3 and Year 6 STEM projects was marked by a celebration event held at University College Isle of Man on Wednesday, 9th July 2025. Several schools from across the Island gathered to showcase their projects, which were judged by a panel of engineers and assessed through a series of testing stations.
Winners were chosen based on both the performance of their designs and their ability to clearly explain their ideas to the judges.
We’re proud to share that Amelia and Ethan, representing our Year 2/3 class, were awarded first place for their outstanding project. In addition, Isla and Layla’s Year 6 Lighthouse project was commended for its strength and its ability to resist tilting.
It was a fantastic morning, and all our pupils represented Foxdale School with pride and enthusiasm.
