On Monday 25th September the children of Year 5/6 enjoyed a guided tour of Government House. Sir John and Lady Lorimer were congenial hosts despite only having arrived back on the Island at 7am that morning. The children enjoyed a fascinating tour from Sir John of the house and his offices, finished off with a quick quiz - Ayden won with 9 & 1/2 points !! After juice and biscuits in the sitting room, the children posed for photographs with Sir John outside the main entrance. Thank you to Sir John and Lady Lorimer for a most enjoyable visit and a big thank you to all the staff at Government House, especially Rowan for helping to organise the visit.
