Our Year 6 pupils enjoyed a fantastic three-day residential adventure at the Venture Centre, located at Lewaigue Farm in Maughold. Throughout their stay, the children took part in a wide range of exciting and challenging activities including obstacle courses, tree climbing, gorge walking, raft building, air rifle shooting and archery.
The trip provided many opportunities for pupils to challenge themselves, build confidence and step outside of their comfort zones, all while supporting and encouraging one another. It was wonderful to see everyone embracing new experiences with such enthusiasm and determination.
By the time the children returned to Foxdale School late on Friday afternoon, there were certainly plenty of tired faces — a sure sign of a busy and memorable few days!
