On the 10th January 2024 Year 5/6 visited the Legislative Buildings at the House of Keys in Douglas. This fascinating trip included a guided tour of all the Legislative Chambers and the opportunity for the children to participate in a live 'mock' debate, with real time voting at the end! The children thoroughly enjoyed the trip and were joined for fascinating insights from MHK member for Peel & Glenfaba the Hon. Kate Lord-Brennan. A special Foxdale thank you also goes to Juila Cullen for organising and or being such an excellent guide.
